Terms of Service

These placeholder terms cover quotes, artwork, production, payment and installation. Have them reviewed by counsel before launch.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the specifications provided and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Changes to size, quantity, materials or artwork after approval may change pricing and lead time.

Artwork and proofs

Production begins after written proof approval. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dimensions, colors and layout. We are not liable for errors present in an approved proof. You confirm you own or have permission to use any logos or artwork you supply.

Color matching

Printed colors may vary slightly between substrates, production runs and screen displays. Exact matches can be requested and quoted when a Pantone or brand standard is provided.

Deposits and payment

Custom fabrication typically requires a deposit before production, with the balance due prior to installation or shipment. Late balances may be subject to a service charge.

Production and delivery timelines

Timelines are estimates that begin at proof approval and receipt of deposit. Weather, permitting, landlord approvals, carrier delays and material availability can affect schedules.

Permits and site conditions

Unless expressly included in your quote, permits, engineering, electrical service, landlord approvals and site preparation are the customer's responsibility. We can assist with permitting for an additional fee.

Installation

The customer is responsible for providing safe, clear access to the install site and for accurate information about the mounting surface and underlying utilities. Additional trips caused by site issues may be billed.

Warranty

Workmanship and materials are warranted against defects for the period stated on your order. The warranty excludes damage from accidents, vandalism, storms, improper cleaning and normal wear.

Cancellations and returns

Custom products cannot be returned. Cancellations after production has started are billed for materials and labor incurred to that point.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost business.
